Step 1) You need to download both the above files on your Computer.
Step 2) Then install “Sony FlashTool” on your computer and copy “FTF Firmware file” to “C:\Flashtool\Firmware” folder.
Step 3) Launch the “FlashTool.exe”.
Step 4) On FlashTool, click on “Flash Button” then select “Flash mode” and click on “OK”.
Step 5) Select the firmware update file in the left panel, which you have downloaded and copied earlier into the “Firmware” folder.
Step 6) Now, in the right panel, please make sure that only “Data”, “Cache” and “AppsLog” check boxes are ticked. Don’t try to mess with other options.
